Carve your name on hearts, not on tombstones. A legacy is etched into the minds of others and the stories they share about you. – Shannon L Alder
Joseph was a dreamer; he made big plans. The devil does not want us to have dreams and visions of better things. He would rather want us to sit around and be “do-nothings.”
We need to challenge ourselves and make up our mind and do something great for God. It is not how we have started out, but rather how we finish that counts. If people have mistreated or abused you, do not waste time trying to get revenge. It is not worth using your energy that you can use on something so much better. Rather leave it in God’s hand, dust your feet off and walk away. Know what you want out of life and what you want to do. Don’t be vague but be confident! To be confident, means to be bold, open, plain and straight- forward. To fear, will hold you back in uncertainty. Decide to leave your mark in this world. When you depart from this earth, people should know that you have been here.
What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?
Genesis 37:91–10
Then [Joseph] dreamed still another dream and told it to his brothers, and said, “Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me.” So, he told it to his father and his brothers, and his father rebuked him and said to him, “What is this dream that you have dreamed? Shall your mother and I and your brothers indeed come to bow down to the earth before you?”
